This foundational offering provides key prenatal education, focused labor support, and gentle postpartum care — all from an experienced Labor & Delivery RN Doula. You'll receive one-on-one preparation during the final weeks of pregnancy, up to 12 hours of labor support in your home, and essential postpartum follow-up to help you feel confident in those first days with your newborn. Friendly Reminder: These services are not a substitute for midwifery care.
